The construction industry is thriving and consistently growing no matter where you live. Every year brings greater demand for new houses, offices, and infrastructure and endless need for repair and maintenance work. As a result, construction jobs have never been higher. Work within the industry is plentiful, varied, and highly paid, making it easy to find a career. Construction projects provide jobs and inject funds and new life into a community. A strong construction industry equals a strong economy.
On October 26th, 2022, GreenHalo Builds had the opportunity to speak to the Stillwater High School about the Construction/Build Industry. We partnered with WINC (Women in Construction) to bring some strong women into the industry. Our purpose was to educate students on what kind of jobs the building industry can provide and the strong growth of women in the industry. The students had some great questions and a lot of engagement, and we're excited about our continued partnership and the ability to help these students discover their futures.

Women in Construction is a diverse group of people dedicated to the advancement of women in the construction industry. We encourage strong mutual support networks among members through philanthropy & mentoring opportunities to share strengths, talents, and experience.
Special thanks to Bob Manning, who helped us orchestrate this event.
And special thanks to the fantastic strong ladies who took the time to join us and share their stories!
